To unlock Crushing difficulty, beat the game on Hard difficulty.
Infinite ammo:
To activate infinite ammo, get 300 medal points. Then, press Start and go to "Rewards" > "Weapon Select" and pick a weapon. Re-enter the Weapon Select menu and repeatedly select and deselect your weapon to keep refilling its ammo.
Library puzzle:
To solve the puzzle with the statues in the center of the room, first press select to enter Sir Francis Drake's diary to see that the four statues align with north, south, east, and west. There is a compass painted on stone in the center of the room. Turn the statue to the same direction indicated on the compass. A secret door will open.
