To fill up your SP, have a character ranked 50 on Barrier Magic to get Field Barrier 3. Have that character reach rank 8 on Black Magic to regenerate your MP. When you kill enemis to obtain SP without fighting, you will regenerate your MP and never run out.
Easy XP:
To easily gain XP, after the scene where your told to swallow the light spheres, do not escape using the Mechat Machine. Instead, fight the group of robot enemies to gain experience.
