Prof. Genki Mascot hint:
This is very rare! Whenever you find an NPC with a Prof. Genki outfit, attack him immediately as Prof. Genki drops $300 000 once he is killed! He appears as an enemy on your radar. Note that he has more health than a brute and will run once he sees you. If you attack him, he will fight back and may or may not pull out his stun gun. Bring in at least 1 homie with you when confronting him to make the job easier.
Wraith and X2 Phantom (Tron Bike):
To unlock the Wraith and X2 Phantom, complete the hard level of Trail Blazing in Deckers territory.
Dead penguin:
At the very bottom of Morning Star Camano Place there is a ship. Head to the south part of the ship, going up the two flight of stairs, to find a small dead penguin nailed to the wall. Shooting at it will make it bleed.
Small yellow easter bunny:
In Southwest of Deckers Burns Hill you can find a small yellow Easter Bunny sitting on a large rock surrounded by fences not connected to each other.
Saints Row 2 bunny easter egg:
Head to the luchador area in the bottom left squarish area of the map and get on the second tanker boat, there you'll see the bunny from Saints Row 2.
Max Payne easter egg:
If you walk east-west from the heli assault activity of henry steel mills, you will come up to a fenced up shack. It has a sign indicating 'Payne's Place - Keep out of the Mud'. As you get near the shack, you will hear constant dog barking and a laughing man. You will also find one or two toads parked.
Keyboard Cat easter egg:
Head to your crib in the Downtown district and when you go up the elevator go to the far left and find a office with a computer. On the computer it says Johnny Cat and has a Keyboard cat with Johnny's head.
The Punisher easter egg:
Once Kenzies hideout is unlocked, go up stairs and find the room with all the computers in it. Once inside, pull out a sniper and zoom in on the ceiling, there will be a cluster of newspapers. If you read them they're all newspaper clippings from Volition's The Punisher game.
Newspaper easter eggs:
Go to Kinzie Kensington's crib and head upstairs, then go to the very back. You will find a Room with newspaper clippings taped all over the wall. Look at the headlines to see a few Easter eggs both new and from past games. You will find one with a headline about a zombie attack with the map of Still Water filled with red dots marking the spread of the outbreak.

Follow the assassination instructions for Lucas to unlock the Decker outfit.
