When you create a spirit while in a world that is currently experiencing the Risky Winds weather, it will have their rank boosted by one. Risky Winds also significantly raise the chance of creating the mystery monster for recipes with more than one outcome.
Replaying a boss:
After completingthe game and saving clear data, a couple new features become available. One of them is the ability to replay bosses from the game. To replay a boss, return to the area of the world you faced them in and on the bottom a link portal with the title "Secret" will appear. This will let you take on any of the boss battles from the game--but be warned, the difficulty of battle is raised with every boss fight.
New Game+:
After completing the game on any difficulty, you'll be given the option to create a new game and carry over certain things from your previous file. Things that are carried over include all Spirits you've made reset to Level 1, certain sections in the Reports including Story, Character Files, Trophies, and Glossary. The Mementos section is also fully included, but only recipes are carried over from your items.
Secret Ending in Theater Mode:
After completing the game you'll unlock Theater Mode. To view the Secret Ending, you must obtain a certain amount of trophies depending on the difficulty setting: 10 on Beginner, 7 on Standard, 5 on Proud, and none on Critical. You also must answer the three questions that were asked to Riku at the end correctly. The answers are: 1. Losing something that's important.(Option 3) 2. My friends.(Option 2) 3. To find something important.(Option 2).
After that, you must unlock the Secret Message during the credits by collecting the gold letters during Sora's credit Dive. It will spell out "Secret Message Unlocked." After you save your end-game file and reload it, you should get a prompt saying you unlocked the Secret Ending in Theater Mode.
Secret boss hint:
After completing the game, head to the fountain area at Traverse Town to face a secret boss.
Hidden message and new glossary item:
After completing the game and viewing the credits, go with Sora into Drop mode and drop through the credits. After two or three cycles, notice that some letters are gold. Collect them, and a message will start appearing on the touch screen. After all letters are collected, the message "Secret Message Unlocked" will appear on the touch screen, and an extra item will be unlocked in the glossary.
Critical Mode:
Complete the game on any difficulty to unlock Critical Mode.
Trophies:
Unlock the following trophies by performing the corresponding tasks. Note: Seven are required to unlock the secret ending on Standard Mode (only five are needed on Proud mode):

Motion Slickness - Defeat 1,000 enemies while in Flowmotion
Portal Champ - Complete every Special Portal and Secret Portal
Pro Linker - Link with your Spirits at least 50 times
Reality Shifter - Defeat 50 enemies using Reality Shift
Spirit Guide - Obtain at least one of every Spirit
Stat Builder - Max out every stat-boosting ability
Stop Drop Roller - Rack up 2,000 Drop Points
Treasure Seeker - Find every last treasure
